This is a recipe is for a really easy 3 ingredient casserole. My family makes this alone or as a side dish with meat or fish. It is super easy and you only need 3 ingredients so its also so affordable. I used to make this in my dorm and use it for a few meals.
Non food items you need for this recipe:
Pot
strainer
casserole dish
What you'll need:
1 or 2 cans of tomato soup ( if you like a lot of sauce I recommend 2)
1 box of your choice of Pasta
1 bag of shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese ( any type of cheddar cheese)
salt
What to do:
Fill your pot with water and bring to a boil, add salt to the pot
Cook your pasta how you prefer both al dente and well done pasta are fine, then drain the pasta.
choose a casserole dish and pour a bit of the tomato soup on the bottom of the dish, also add a sprinkle of the cheese.
Pour the drained pasta into our casserole dish, add the rest of the tomato soup and stir together, making sure that the soup is evenly distributed, if you want you can add a bit of cheese and mix together.
Coat the top of the casserole dish in cheese.
Put the casserole dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. If you like your cheese well done, leave it in for about 25 minutes.
