Easy pulled Chicken(barbecue)

I have a super picky family and I am always trying to make recipes that are a bit different but have items that they will eat. This pulled chicken recipe is super simple and has only a few

ingredients. I make this recipe in the crock pot and a simple barbecue sauce but you can also make it with out the barbecue sauce if you too have picky eaters.

Things you need:

Crockpot

Meat claws or 2 forks

bowl

Food items you need:

2lbs of boneless/ skinless chicken thighs

2 cups of chicken stock or water

1 bottle 12oz barbecue sauce (I used Kraft Sweet Honey)

rolls

What to do:

1.Pour 2 cups or chicken stock or water in the crockpot, then place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.

2. Cook the chicken thighs low and slow for about 4 to 5 hours, you want the meat to fall apart at the touch of the fork

3. Take out the chicken and put it in your serving bowl and begin to shred the meat, Also add your barbecue sauce and stir together.

4. Serve on a hamburger bun or roll
